Dairy Power scrapers have been in use for more than 15 years and are now one of the most advanced systems made. They can be adapted to suit most systems.

Features of the Dairy Power Scraper include a patented rail cleaning device and double folded track which comes with a 5 year guarantee. The track is rounded to prevent injuries and is only 35mm high.

Electronics in the ram box are kept to a minimum and safety is provided by a unique mechanical tripping device. The ram box is kept shorter than most of our competitors to minimise obstructions

Other options available include recessing the track to place it at ground level and a New under track ram system, this does away with need for ram boxes and keeps all the electronics up from the floor, it also reduces the amount of pre-installation work normally required.

Each passage is individually timed in the control box using a simple user friendly dial system enabling you to set your scrapers to go at any intervals you require.

An optional pressure activated cut out switch can be installed at minimal cost which will automatically cut out the scraper if a problem arises in a particular passage.

Installation and maintenance is carried out by either ourselves or one of our network of dealers depending on your location.
